The simple way is to just go work out.
Pushups, jumping jacks, crunches, etc
The other way, which I often use is to make a list of things I want to do, things I need to do, and things I want to accomplish.
I then start doing the list. This always gets me going. Now the best way is to start the list is prioritize it and start with the most important. I do not always do that. Sometimes I go for what I want to do and sometimes I go and complete the easiest.
Sometimes my lists are overwhelming, but this too will get me going realizing I need to get stuff done and ASAP.
How feminism saved me..
Great blog. Check it out.
I woke up at 5am this morning realizing I have a big new scary challenge on the horizon and I do not know if I will succeed at it. I have worked 5 years building a business that makes a better than average living, but not what I want. So I will find out over the next 6 months if I can be a success at building my business into what I want to build. That is very scary for me, because if I cannot build it to the income I want then I must contemplate shutting the business down and moving on to my next project, which, let’s be honest, there is never a plan B. There is only Plan A until it fails. IF IT FAILS. the thing is I know I have to see this through even if I am not sure it will work. There is a good chance it will work. If for some reason it does not I still have to try and grow from the experience. The more I face my fears, the more I grow. The more I try I find the less fearful I am. The more my confidence builds inside of me. Try. Face your fears.
